Hard Won Wisdom

The story of Regina DeMeo as chronicled in the Washington Post this weekend is one of hard won wisdom.  She was a traditional litigation divorce attorney:  Get the facts and numbers, prepare the case, take it to court.  That also meant largely ignoring the human element of divorce.

Then, she got divorced.  And the wisdom of Collaborative Divorce became apparent.  Ms. DeMeo's hard won wisdom is well worth contemplating when making a decision about how to handle your own divorce.
